Ida was my Final Major Project in the third year of my degree. The series of images I produced were based on a young adult fantasy book called "Who is Ida Thorne?" written by Gem Solity. I wanted this project to have a clear focus and grounding so I based my images around specific characters, themes and moments in the book; interpreting them to tell a narrative. Working in and out of the studio I have created a body of work which resembles movie stills or posters acting as an insight into the book while leaving the viewer to their imagination.
